Alright (alright, alright) so, when I make tuna salad I put so much stuff in it, a friend once called it “Confetti Tuna” and now that’s its name. Mine has chunk white and chunk light canned tuna, Duke’s mayo, red onion, dill pickle relish (or diced dill pickles), sweet pickle relish, hard-boiled egg, a bit of celery, diced carrots, cauliflower, and season it to taste. It’s not that different than McConaughey’s. No wasabi, apples, or frozen peas, but same basic idea-ish.
