And Then There Was The One 'Deadpool 2' Cameo You Really DID Miss
Although I am happy the Royal Wedding is finally over and done with, I begrudge no one of their joy. My 10-year-old son woke up at 5 a.m. to watch the wedding. He didn’t think that much of it, but he was stoked that he was able to watch an important event live. Mostly, I’m just surprised at all the familiar faces there, like George and Amal (OK, I’m not that surprised about them), Oprah and Idris, and Abigail and Priyanka, who I am now semi-shipping! (Celebitchy and Lainey)
Meanwhile, the Fug Girls take a gander at the most romantic moments from the wedding. (GFY)
Director Luc Besson has been accused of rape. (Dlisted)

NEW: Mario Batali is the subject of an investigation by the NYPD into allegations of criminal sexual misconduct. An NYPD source confirmed the investigation to me but declined to elaborate further. https://t.co/wKcWZNmzAt— Yashar Ali 🐘 (@yashar) May 20, 2018
Doctor Donna! Catherine Tate and David Tennant are reteaming for a series called Americons, about a couple who moves to the United States and — I’m assuming based on the title — cons people. It’s in the “advanced stages of development” for Sky One. (Hypable)
Speaking of Kristy, she’s got a great piece up over at Mashable about how Deadpool is the gayest superhero we have yet … though, that is not saying much. (Mashable)
I liked Deadpool 2. I loved Zazie Beetz, and we’re all here for a Domino solo flick. (The Mary Sue)
Speaking of Deadpool, there were a lot of cameos, and I caught most of them (SPOILERS), including Stan Lee, Hugh Jackman, and Brad Pitt (although, I wasn’t sure it was Pitt until it was confirmed). The one I didn’t catch was right in front of my damn eyes. That yokel hillbilly talking about wiping his ass with baby wipes when Cable walked up? That was fricking … (Uproxx)

Yifat Shaik has a list of reasons she’s pissed off at Bernie Su and Kate Rorik’s The Secret Diary Of Lizzie Bennet. It wasn’t the worst book she’s read, but she found it a lazy bookification of one of the best modern adaptations of Pride And Prejudice - The Diaries Of Lizzie Bennet webseries. "If you like P&P and you are interested in a good modern version of it, watch the web series!" Have you watched the series? (Cannonball Read 10)
