As Donald Trump gives the State of the Union address tonight, I can only assume that the media is too distracted to note that The Guardian is reporting the existence of a second memo, written independently of the Steele dossier, that was handed over to the FBI in 2016. This memo backs up many of the allegations made in the Steele dossier, including the pee tape. (The Guardian)
Among other things, both documents allege Donald Trump was compromised during a 2013 trip to Moscow that involved lewd acts in a five-star hotel. The Shearer memo cites an unnamed source within Russia’s FSB, the state security service.
