Three Trailers: Charming Hamm, ‘Hacks’ Is Back, and the Horrors of 'Parenting'

AppleTV’s Your Friends & Neighbors looks like the best use of Jon Hamm’s affable charm since his guest spot on 30 Rock. The upcoming series also stars Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Hoon Lee (Warrior), Lena Hall (Snowpiercer), Mark Tallman (First Wives Club), and Corbin Burnsen.

Your Friends & Neighbors premieres on AppleTV on April 11th.

Hacks is a favorite around these parts, and we’re happy to see it’s returning for a fourth season on MAX. Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder return with Tony Goldwyn, Kaitlin Olson, Rose Abdoo, Helen Hunt, and a list of guest stars.

The release schedule will be a little wonky for Emmy eligibility reasons. But season four begins April 10th on MAX.

Also, on MAX, this movie, The Parenting, looks silly. So of course they had to cast some Very Serious Actors, like Edie Falco and Brian Cox along with Lisa Kudrow, Parker Posey, and Dean Norris.

This week’s lagniappe is a quirky little independent film that got a limited release last month. Who knows where it can be viewed now, but it looks like something Pajiba will enjoy.
