Spring has sprung! But if you have allergies or hate sunshine and flowers and happiness then why even bother with that shit? There ain’t no “nature” on the couch. Just stay inside and watch stuff.

Evil Genius: The True Story of America’s Most Diabolical Bank Heist — Here’s your dose of true crime for the weekend. Remember the “pizza bomber heist” in 2003? Well, even if you don’t, this is your chance to learn all about that disturbing and completely bonkers case (check out Kristy’s review here).

Hari Kondabolu: Warn Your Relatives — You may be familiar with Kondabolu, thanks to his 2017 documentary The Problem With Apu, but when he’s not inspiring a re-examination of The Simpsons then he’s doing stand-up comedy. Like this!

Ali Wong: Hard Knock Wife — Ok, this is a bit of a cheat. Her new stand-up special isn’t available until Sunday. But considering how fucking BRILLIANT her last Netflix special, Baby Cobra, was… I think we all know what we’ll be doing on Sunday, yes?

All Night — This Hulu original series is supposedly a comedy about an all-night (GET IT?) lock-in high school graduation party. But to me, that sounds more like a horror show. These teens have unfinished business, and hormones, and alcohol! HOW IS THIS NOT ENDING IN MURDER?

In The Fade — Everyone was talking about Diane Kruger’s performance in this film, which earned her the Best Actress award at last year’s Cannes Film Festival. So, you know… maybe give it a shot?

The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle — Yup, Amazon Prime is rebooting the classic cartoon about a talking moose, a flying squirrel, and a couple of incompetent Russian spies. Nope, I dunno if there will be “Fractured Fairy Tales” or “Dudley Do-Right” interludes. Yup, I miss the original cartoon too. But maybe this will be good? For… kids?

Orphan Black: Season 5 — If you missed the final season of this batshit crazy and wonderful clone saga, here’s your opportunity to rectify that. Well, as of May 12 at least. Before that, you’ll have to pay per episode.
