Netflix's 'Luke Cage' Adds Two Acting Greats, and 'Jessica Jones'' First Official Photos Feature Tennant and Moss
Netflix and Marvel are ramping up for their next joint series venture, Jessica Jones with new series photos, including our first look at Kilgrave (David Tennant),
Rachael Taylor’s Trish (Patsy) Walker aka Hellcat,
Carrie-Anne Moss’ Harper,
and Mike Colter’s Luke Cage.

Following Jessica Jones — by about six months — is Luke Cage. Last week, a couple new actors you might just recognize joined the show, but until now there wasn’t confirmation of which characters they’d be playing. Here’s the lowdown:
Alfre Woodard will star as local Harlem politician, Mariah Dillard who’s a cousin of…
Cornell “Cottonmouth” Stokes, played by Mahershala Ali
Marvel describes Woodard’s Dillard as someone trying to bring change the the streets she grew up on, though her life is thrown into turmoil by both Stokes and Cage. You can check out a few on-set photos here.
Finally, Daredevil’s newest villain, Jon Bernthal aka Frank Castle aka The Punisher tweeted out this
Jessica Jones premieres on Netflix November 20th, Luke Cage and Daredevil (season 2) air in 2016.
