Six months ago, Quentin Tarantino was pissed off over the leak of his Hateful Eight script. So pissed, in fact, that not only did he file a lawsuit against Gawker, but he swore he’d never make the movie. Cause that’d show ‘em.
Luckily, that outrage didn’t last long because Tarantino announced at Comic-Con that he’s pushing ahead. In fact, it looks like this one may be on the fast track, since a first poster was released today. It’s a great mix of simplicity and bloody Tarantinoism.
The cast is listed on the film’s IMDb page, but it should be noted that it was posted on June 1st, long before the movie was officially announced. This list is of the actors involved with this winter’s live staged reading of the script, many of whom are rumored to be returning. That cast, if you need a refresher, was a who’s who of badassery.
Walton Goggins and Samuel L. Jackson
Michael Madsen and Tim Roth
Amber Tamblyn, Kurt Russell, Bruce Dern, James Remar
Dana Gourrier, James Parks, Denis Menochet, and the goddess known as Zoe Bell
