2014 Olympic Winter Games on NBC at 8:00pm ET. Tonight’s events are women’s super-combined Alpine Skiing, and men’s 500m and 1500m speed skating. The results and any other noteworthy outcomes will, of course, be available online hours earlier.
Hart of Dixie on The CW at 8:00pm ET. Third season winter finale.
Almost Human on Fox at 8:00pm ET.
Questioning Darwin on HBO at 9:00pm ET. This is a documentary exploring both Darwin’s difficulty with his own theories and his faith, and modern objections to evolution. You can read more about it here
Independent Lens: Spies of Mississippi on PBS at 10:00pm ET. This is a documentary about the efforts by the state of the Mississippi State Sovereignty Commission to infiltrate the Civil Rights movement, and their role in events like the assassination of Medgar Evers and the KKK murders of three civil rights workers in 1964. You can read more about it here and it looks very interesting.
Genevieve Burgess thinks it will be a lean couple of weeks, TV wise, if you don’t like documentaries or have premium channels.
