Seriously? …OK Then.

I have a cold. This happens to me every year after school ends and grades come in; as soon as all the pressure is off my immune system fails spectacularly and I end up searching for a cold medicine that walks the line between not getting me high and actually working. I’ve always felt that colds during summer or late spring are particularly cruel, both because they prevent you from really enjoying the newly lovely weather and because the pollen only exacerbates what’s already going wrong. TV, alas, will not be helping me feel any better. Here’s Monday night’s offerings:

8:00 p.m.: “10 Things I Hate About You” on ABC Family.

“24” on Fox. Two hour eighth season finale at a special time.

“Chuck” on NBC. Two hour third season finale.

“Dancing With the Stars” on ABC. New one hour episode.

“How I Met Your Mother” on CBS. Fifth season finale. Again, five season in, still no “Mother.” I am beginning to doubt their commitment to Sparkle Motion. I mean, their show’s premise.

“Little People, Big World” on TLC.

“Seven Deadly Sins” on Lifetime Movie Network

8:30 p.m.: “10 Things I Hate About You” on ABC Family. Series finale at a special time.

“Little People, Big World” on TLC.

“Rules of Engagement” on CBS. Fourth season finale. Wait, this show has been on for four years? Well, color me bewildered.

9:00 p.m.: “The Bachelorette” on ABC. Sixth season premiere at a special time. They kept advertising this during “Lost” last night and I can’t imagine the two shows have that large of a cross over audience.

“Tough Love: Couples” on VH1.

“Two and a Half Men” on CBS. Seventh season finale. The title is “This Is Not Gonna End Well” and I can’t help but think that’s what they say anytime Charlie Sheen’s name hits the news.

9:30 p.m. “The Big Bang Theory” on CBS. Third season finale.

10:00 p.m.: “Best Food Ever” on TLC. One hour special presentation.

“CSI: Miami” on CBS. Eighth season finale.

“Law and Order” on NBC. Series finale.

“Nurse Jackie” on Showtime.

“PBS Special: A Place Out of Time - The Bordentown School” on PBS.

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” on Bravo.

“Saving Grace” on TNT.

Late Night Listings:

“The Last Show With David Letterman” on CBS featuring Jake Gyllenhaal and Dr. Edward B. Overton.

“The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” on NBC featuring Russell Brand, David Gregory, and Bettye Lavette.

“Jimmy Kimmel Live” on ABC featuring Adrien Brody, “Bachelorette” Ali Fedotowsky, and Damian Marley with Nas.

“The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson” on CBS featuring Ben Stein, Mishka, and Craig Shoemaker.

“Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” on NBC featuring Ben Kingsley, Rosemarie DeWitt, and Kumail Nanjiani.
