The Most Important Issue of Our Time
Yesterday Joanna told you about Google’s plan to eliminate the Caps Lock key and many of you voiced your opinion that this would not be a positive thing. However, I wish at the moment that I didn’t have a Caps Lock key because the side of my damn cast keeps bumping it as I try and use my left pointer finger to type and then I end up with weird sections of capitalized letters that I have to go back and delete so it doesn’t look like I have some weird kind of typing Tourette’s. That’s not even touching the myriad typo issues I’m having. Point being, I’m all for eliminating the Caps Lock key, preferably on December 31st, 2010 before I broke my finger. The rest of you are wrong. Here’s your Thursday night TV:
8:00pm: “American Idol” on Fox
“Community” on NBC
“The Vampire Diaries” on The CW. I’ve seen a few items around about the “Catch VD” campaign which doesn’t exactly seem in good taste when we’re talking about a show concerned with beings that live off the blood of others. Then again, I never accused “The CW” of having good taste.
“Wipeout: Winter Wipeout” on ABC
8:30pm: “Bleep William Shatner Mumbles” on CBS
“Perfect Couples” on NBC
9:00pm: “Bones” on Fox
“The First 48” on A&E
“Masters of Survival” on Discovery
“Nikita” on The CW
“The Office” on NBC
“Police Women of Cincinnati” on TLC
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Reunion, Part 1” on Bravo. There is nothing about that title that is not absolutely disgraceful.
“Royal Pains” on USA
“TNA: Impact” on Spike
9:30pm: “Parks and Recreation” on NBC
10:00pm: “30 Rock” on NBC
“Ace of Cakes” on Food Network
“Archer” on FX. Second season premiere. Wooohoooooo! I loved this show last season and I’m so happy it’s starting again. It also only contributes to my adoration of the severely under appreciated and under utilized Aisha Tyler.
“Beyond Scared Straight” on A&E
“Brad Meltzer’s Decoded” on History
“Fairly Legal” on USA
“Jersey Shore” on MTV
“The This Old House Hour” on PBS
10:30pm: “Outsourced” on NBC
Late Night Listings
“The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on NBC featuring Kathy Bates, Brad Womack, and Billy Currington
“Jimmy Kimmel Live” on ABC featuring Ryan Seacrest, Melissa Leo, and Cage the Elephant
“The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” on CBS featuring Adam Goldberg and Dr.Ruth Westheimer . I’m thinking Craig Ferguson and Dr.Ruth might be a laugh riot together. In a very uncomfortable, squirmy kind of way, but still.
“The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” on Comedy Central featuring T.Boone Pickens
“The Colbert Report” on Comedy Central featuring Dr.Daryl Bem and Brian Greene
“Chelsea Lately” on E featuring Taraji P. Henson, Bobby Lee, Ross Mathews, and Ben Gleib
“Conan” on TBS featuring Jane Lynch, Joe Buck, and the Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger
