This weekend in Maryland it snowed for about 24 hours continuously. There’s between two and three feet of snow covering our farm. Most of our pets are slowly going insane (or, in the case of our sociopathic cat, more insane) and looking at the 10-day forecast it looks like there’s a slim chance that we’ll have an extremely rare White Christmas here in Maryland. Except that the forecast for Christmas day is 42 degrees with rain which is really more what we’re used to. Enjoy the winter wonderland while it lasts, mid-east coasters! Or don’t, I had to go out earlier and remembered why I’m not a big fan of snow as bunches of the powdery white stuff went down my boots to make my socks all wet and cold. I’d say I clearly need taller boots except that when the snow goes up to my knees there’s not a lot I can do. Everyone in the Midwest and people who live in the actual North are currently laughing at my wussy snow-hating ass. Anyway, here’s what you can look forward to on TV tonight:
7:00 p.m.: “60 Minutes” on CBS.
“Football Night in America” on NBC.
8:00 p.m.: “Survivor” on CBS, Special two-hour, 19th season finale on a special night.
“Christmas in Washington” on TNT.
8:15 p.m.: “Sunday Night Football: Minnesota Vikings at Carolina Panthers.”
9:00 p.m.: “House Hunters” on HGTV.
“I Survived…” on Bio.
“Kendra: Here Comes Baby” on E!
“Tough Love” on VH1.
“Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?” on Style. (I deliberately listed every new show on at the 9 p.m. slot even though I don’t usually list any of these shows because if I didn’t list anything for 9 p.m. someone would tell me I’d forgotten it.)
10:00 p.m.: “The Jacksons” on A&E. Stacey accused me of not mentioning this show on Tuesday’s Pajiba Love last week, so I will take the time to point out that I didn’t mention “The Jacksons” on Monday’s Pajiba After Dark because it comes on Sunday night. So I’m mentioning it now. Like I did last Sunday. Kisses! Although I will concur that it’s pretty much not worth mentioning at all, anywhere, ever.
“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” on E!
“Sex Rehab with Dr.Drew” on VH1.
“Shatner’s Raw Nerve” on Bio.
“Survivor: The Reunion” on CBS. Man, they really don’t waste time with these things, do they? The reunion special is airing immediately after the finale.
