Man, Aren't They Hideous?

I had a wonderfully relaxing Thanksgiving holiday, which means that I spent most free moments that didn’t involve turkey flat on my bed beneath a pile of blankets and at least one cat. Hopefully, most of you had a similarly enjoyable experience and no one was seriously injured or arrested in the Black Friday madness. I briefly considered trying for one of those 40” TVs that Target was selling for $250, but decided that there were far better things to be doing between the hours of midnight and 4:00am, like sleeping. So this is what I’ll be watching tonight on my small, bulky, old TV with the funny green spot on one side:

7:00pm: “60 Minutes” on CBS. I’m pretty sure there’s going to be a preview of scenes from that new “Spider Man” musical that has been getting some press around here, in case any of you are interested in tuning in to see that. Maybe we’ll get to see that catapult that’s destroying stunt men on a regular basis.

“Football Night in America” on NBC

8:00pm: “The Amazing Race” on CBS

“Soul Train: Red Carpet” on BET

“The Dog Who Saved Christmas Vacation” on ABC Family

“Jerseylicious” on Style

“The Simpsons” on Fox

“When Vacations Attack” on Travel. How about they get together with ABC Family to make “When The Dog Who Saved Christmas Vacation Attacks”? I’m thinking it would be an improvement over both programs.

8:15pm: “Sunday Night Football: San Diego Chargers at Indianaoplis Colts” on NBC

8:30pm: “The Cleveland Show” on Fox

9:00pm: “Soul Train Awards” on BET

“Boardwalk Empire” on HBO

“Bridalplasty” on E. Series premiere. This is like that show “The Swan” that used to be on Fox, only worse somehow because of the fact that the goal is that some lucky woman will get the chance to completely overhaul her appearance before her wedding day. Just thinking about it kind of gives me the willies.

“Chopped” on Food Network. Fifth season finale.

“Dexter” on Showtime

“Dirty Jobs” on Discovery

“Fantasia For Real” on VH1. Second season finale.

“IRT: Deadliest Roads” on History

“November Christmas” on CBS. The commercials for this have been kind of coy, but I’m gambling that it involves a dying kid. I won’t be watching to confirm, so someone let me know if I’m right.

“Paranormal State” on A&E

“Sarah Palin’s Alaska” on TLC

9:30pm: “American Dad” on Fox

“Football Wives” on VH1

“Paranormal State” on A&E. Fifth season finale.

“Cirque du Soleil - Flowers in the Desert” on PBS

10:00pm: “Brew Masters” on Discovery

“Iron Chef America” on Food Network

“Jilted” on WE

“Kate Plus 8” on TLC. Second season premiere.

“Kendra” on E

“Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal: Psychic Kids Investigates” on A&E. Third season finale.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” on Bravo

“Snapped” on Oxygen. Seventh season finale.

“Top Gear” on History

“The Walking Dead” on AMC

10:30pm: “Jilted” on WE

“Married to Rock” on E
