It’s been six years and— as of this May— five movies since we were introduced to Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow, and during that time, we’ve voiced countless complaints against the limited presence of the character in pretty much every element of the franchise’s merchandise.
If, during these years, you’ve spent any time at all looking at Avengers merch, you’ve most likely noticed that there’s a serious lack of Natasha. In clothing, toys, you name it. Even in the big group collections, where the hell is Black Widow?
Remember that brainpunch of a time when Marvel removed her from the playset based on one of her most memorable film moments?
Hell, even Hulk wants more Natasha. (Yes, WINK, but also really.)
.@Marvel we need more #BlackWidow merchandise for my daughters and nieces. Pretty please.

Well, Marvel has finally caught the f*ck up with the announcement of some new Civil War merchandise lines. And check out all this Black Widow awesomeness:
She’s finally got her motorcycle back.
And a badass Hot Wheels, too.
She’s hanging out with Iron Man.
And also Ant-Man for some reason.
She’s finally a part of the whole team.
Even the lines that skew younger are getting Black Widow, like Habsro’s previously all-male Mashers series,
And this Playskool Heroes figure.
Between this and Disney realizing how wrong they were in not expecting us to want Rey merch, it’s nice that companies are finally willing to take our money.
