The Next Selection in the Pajiba Movie Club Is ...

The Pajiba Movie Club is kicking along fairly well now, despite the fact that the last two movies have been foreign or from the ’60s. For our next choice, we’re going to go with something a little more out there: David Lynch’s Mulholland Drive as suggested by Yosarrian, who came up with the Movie Club idea in the first place.

It’s not available on instant Netflix, so you’ll have to get it the old-fashioned way this time (through regular Netflix). It’s a great movie for discussion, and one of the major questions we can all discuss is this: What the fuck is going on?

Whatever it is, it makes me happy in the pants. And then shameful. So very shameful.

We’re going to move the time again, as we continue to try out different time slots. Tuesday nights are otherwise slow around here, so we’re going to keep it there. And because Tuesday nights are just downright awful for television, we’re going to try it out in the evening again. It’s an After Dark kind of movie, anyway. So, mark it: Tuesday, November 17, at 9 p.m.

We’ll see you back here.
