What are they doing differently on the other side of the pond? The first Harry Potter movie came out almost 13 years ago, and as of this weekend, none of the former child leads have had major breakdowns*. In fact, they’ve either managed to continue quietly plugging away at their careers (Hello, Tom and Rupert ), or they’ve become the most charming people you’ll never meet.

Daniel Radcliffe showed off his charming as the “Not My Job” guest on Wait, Wait … Don’t Tell Me . If you’re unable to listen to the segment, just know this: 12- year- old Radcliffe tricked Richard Harris into running lines. Of course that kid would be able to do this one day. The man can do anything.

Emma Watson spent the weekend continuing to be everyone’s dream best friend. During her acceptance speech for the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year, she discussed growing up on the Harry Potter set and how important the crew became to her.

Here’s a sentence you won’t hear often: I’m very jealous of a dead hamster. I hope you know how lucky you were, Millie.

*No, Crabbe does not count as a lead, and this doesn’t really count as a breakdown.
