Happy Valentine’s Day to all you lovely readers out there! Whether you’re spending this holiday with a loved one, a somewhat liked one, or with your own fabulous self, I hope that you have the best day you possibly can. And I will do what I can to help with that.

First up today, The Graham Norton Show has helpfully compiled a video of their “Sexiest Moments on the Couch” for Valentine’s Day this year. There’s a few old favorites in there, like Mark Ruffalo smooching Meryl Streep and Harry Styles of One Direction cuddling with Ian McKellan. Also, I learned that David Attenborough is an incorrigible flirt.

Isn’t that lovely? Doesn’t it make you feel slightly more favorable to your fellow humans? Well, maybe let’s not go quite that far. To bring you back down to earth, here’s a clip featuring the most disconcerting cake I’ve ever seen, and yet Jamie Dornan still has more chemistry with it than he does with Dakota Johnson.
