Why Is It Always Painted Ladies?

Siberian Cut on Discovery at 8:00pm ET. This is a “special presentation” that looks an awful lot like a new reality series about American loggers in Siberia. So if your joy is making “In Soviet Russia [blank] [verbs] you!” jokes, then this is probably a veritable goldmine of entertainment. And there’s three episodes on tonight!

Skin Wars on GSN at 9:00pm ET. Second season premiere. I feel like this show’s primary purpose is to get to show off basically naked ladies without pissing off the censors. Because in the promos, I only see painted naked ladies. If there are painted naked dudes, then I guess it’s just a celebration of technical nudity for all. Besides, wouldn’t naked dudes be easier to paint on? Slightly fewer curves or weird protuberances on the torso? I’m just spitballing here.

The Prancing Elites Project on Oxygen at 9:00pm ET.

Bullseye on Fox at 9:01pm ET. Sometimes there are shows that I feel like I could use to win bets. This is one of them. “Fox is airing a show where people hurl themselves at giant bullseyes. That’s the whole show” “Bullshit!” “I’ll bet you $20.”

Ripper Street on BBCA at 10:00pm ET.
