The Big Bang Theory on CBS at 8:00pm ET.

Bad Judge on NBC at 9:00pm ET. The race for the first show to be cancelled this fall was already “won” by Manhattan Love Story but if you’re looking for a smart bet for #2, this would be a good choice. The ratings are awful, viewership is low, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers Miami-Dade Chapter is urging NBC to take the show off the air. I guess we’re all getting a bit tired of that “She’s a boss at work, but a mess at LIFE!” theme.

Gracepoint on Fox at 9:00pm ET.

Scandal on ABC at 9:00pm ET. Tonight’s episode is called “An Innocent Man which must be a joke because if three prior seasons of this show have taught me anything it’s that NO ONE is innocent, they’re all just varying degrees of The Worst depending on what day it is. Right now, I’m still thinking Mellie is the Least Worst and Fitz is always and forever the Worst Worst, mostly due to an arrogant and pouty attitude. If you’re gonna be the Worst Worst, at least go full Rowan and own it.

Elementary on CBS at 10:00pm ET. Third season premiere. The Sherlock show that actually likes its female characters is back!
