The X-Files on Fox at 8:00pm ET. Time slot premiere. I know that I’ve heard that this gets better after the first episode, but the 8pm time slot makes me slightly hesitant. I’ll keep hope alive, though.

Lucifer on Fox at 9:00pm ET. Series premiere. The commercials and promos I’ve seen do not in any way indicate that this show is worthy of an X-Files lead in, even a diminished X-Files. Lets start the cancellation pool now, based on Second Chance I’m gonna go with four episodes.

The Magicians on SyFy at 9:00pm ET. Two-hour series premiere.

The Graham Norton Show on BBCA at 10:00pm ET. If you’re tired of combing YouTube for limited clips of Graham Norton and are ready to watch the regular show again (albeit, delayed about a week) then tonight is your lucky night!
