Class Divide on HBO at 8:00pm ET.

Monday Night Football: New York Giants at Minnesota Vikings on ESPN at 8:15pm Et.

Scorpion on CBS at 9:01pm ET. Two-hour third season premiere. I can’t imagine a single person who wants this, but that’s true of most CBS shows and I am consistently proven wrong. So I guess I just have to trust them at this point,

Timeless on NBC at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. Time travel series which will ultimately fail to “work” since if we ever invented time travel then we would have already invented it and made the necessary changes to keep things running in the best possible way. Which is its own kind of dystopian horror when you think about it, and just begs for some kind of reboot of Candide based on that concept.

Conviction on ABC at 10:01pm ET. Series premiere. This is Hayley Atwell’s new series, which is following on this season’s mini-trend about legal thrillers that are adjacent to actual legal cases. In this, our former Agent Carter heads up a team that’s a “conviction integrity unit” designed to help prevent false convictions. But if you’re a fan of improper handling of evidence, it looks like this show will have plenty of it! As people who are not detectives investigate felony cases and collect “evidence” that would not be admissible in almost any court of law.
