NCAA Basketball Championship on CBS at 8:00pm ET. Ah, the sports tournament that makes a mockery of sports. The tournament where children picking brackets based on jersey colors can outplay seasoned commentators. Where flipping a coin is an equally sound prediction strategy as watching every single college basketball game that came before these. Exciting times.
Top Chef on Bravo at 9:00pm ET. 13th season finale.
Colony on USA at 10:00pm ET. First season finale. Did anyone watch this? It seemed like one of those shows that only starred people who had been second-billed in other TV shows.
The Real World on MTV at 10:00pm ET. 31st season finale. Despite the fact that I’m six years older than The Real World in earth seasons, it has managed to lap me in TV seasons. Mazel-tov, The Real World, even though you have now officially aged out of your own target demographic. Although, to be fair, that probably actually happened sometime around season 23 or so.
Idiotsitter on Comedy Central at 10:30pm ET. First season finale. I can only hope they knew this would be ending on St.Patrick’s day because that setting would be such a natural fit for the show. Like how the Marcia Clarke episode of the OJ Simpson show aired on International Women’s Day. Or how that episode of Game of Thrones where [redacted] shot [redacted] with a crossbow while he was on the toilet aired on Father’s Day.
