The Simpsons at 8:00pm ET. on Fox. Tonight’s a crossover episode with Futurama which might be interesting? I don’t know. I have a lot of residual fondness for both shows, but I’m not sure if I have enough residual fondness to actually watch this.
The Good Wife on CBS at 9:00pm ET. As I mentioned in the bit about Downton Abbey’s next season, Stoker has completely changed my view of Matthew Goode. What I didn’t mention is that I only just watched it on Friday. So now every time he pops up on The Good Wife it’s just going to look like the beginning of a horror movie to me. This could make the show even more interesting that it already had been, on account of me starting watching this season without seeing a single previous episode and only having vague ideas of the previous season’s plots from this here internet machine. I’m really good at TV, guys.
The Newsroom on HBO at 9:00pm ET. Third season premiere. The final season. I know a lot of you are excited, and I’m glad. Sorkin’s not my thing. I’ve enjoyed him in small doses like The American President. Still, I’m not out to ruin anyone’s fun tonight, so I hope you all enjoy.
The Walking Dead on AMC at 9:00pm ET.
The Comeback on HBO at 10:00pm ET. Second season premiere.
Genevieve Burgess gets around to TV shows like she goes to parties; either just past fashionably late or never.
