Black Box on ABC at 8:00pm ET. Two-hour first season finale. It looks like this was originally two episodes that were supposed to air on two separate weeks. The show hasn’t been renewed, so on the very slight chance that you were a fan I would not be hopeful for its future.
Hell’s Kitchen on Fox at 8:00pm ET. 12th season finale.
Doomsday Preppers on National Geographic Channel at 9:00pm ET. Fourth season premiere. I barely have room in my apartment to store a full set of dishes, so I’ve just accepted the fact that if the apocalypse comes in the near future, I’m a goner. I’m pretty cool with this, given all the depictions of post-apocalyptic worlds I’ve consumed over the years. They all look pretty bleak, and like I’d have to go back to wearing my glasses all the time.
Mythbusters on Discovery at 9:00pm ET. Tonight’s show is about “Commercial Myths” which I thought were just called “commercials.” I like the Mythbusters, but they are starting to really reach with some of these. Also, I’m going to guess that infomercials contribute a whole lot of footage to this, because the persistent myth that Americans cannot operate a remote while safely snuggled under a proper blanket must be tested.
Rectify on Sundance at 9:00pm ET.
Genevieve Burgess really hates having blurry peripheral vision. And also hates the idea of shooting lasers into her eyes.
