How I Met Your Civil War Nurse
Bob’s Burgers on Fox at 7:30pm ET. Sixth season winter premiere. Wasn’t this on after 10pm for a while? They seem to enjoy screwing around with the fans of this show.
The 21st Annual Critics Choice Awards on A&E, Lifetime, and Lifetime Movie Network at 8:00pm ET. Even as someone who enjoys wearing pretty dresses and nice jewelry for special occasions, there’s a part of me that sees these back to back to back awards shows around this time of year and thinks that it must be EXHAUSTING to handle that schedule. “Oh man, I need to put on another designer gown and have someone fiddle with my hair and face for like 90 minutes before going out on the red carpet and pretending that I’m super thrilled to be there. I was really hoping to sit around and eat some pizza instead.” I guess that’s why the big stars tend to not go to all of them. Pizza days.
Angie Tribeca on TBS at 9:00pm ET. Series premiere. Don’t worry too much about tuning in on time because they’re going to run it for the next 25 hours continuously.
Democratic Debate on NBC at 9:00pm ET.
Mercy Street on PBS at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. This new Civil War drama takes place in a hospital in Union occupied Alexandria, VA. it stars Josh Radnor, though, so all of you who still feel personally victimized by How I Met Your Mother might want to stay away.
