HBO Special: The Concert for Valor on HBO at 7:00pm ET. This massive Veteran’s Days concert is taking over the Mall in Washington D.C with artists like The Black Keys, Bruce Springsteen, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood, Metallica, the Zac Brown Band, and others. It looks like it should be an amazing event that will touch hundreds of thousands of people, mostly because they’re shutting down one entire metro line in D.C in order to increase service on lines going to the stops near the concert. I’d say I’m still debating going to the concert, but as it’s an outdoor event in November with enormous crowds, I’m probably just going to enjoy it from the comfort of my apartment mere miles from the Mall.
Marvel’s Agents of Shield on ABC at 9:00pm ET. I like how they included the Marvel in there, in case there’s another show called Agents of Shield that manages to get on television
Supernatural on The CW at 9:00pm ET. 200th episode.
Forever on ABC at 10:00pm ET. This show has decided to follow the grand tradition of having their socially maladjusted male lead become intrigued by a dominatrix. Sherlock did it, CSI did it, I’m sure I’m missing a few others, and now Forever is doing it. From the promos, though, it looks like they go all-in on stripping down Gruffudd and chaining him up which is going above and beyond the other shows I mentioned. Good for them.
Sons of Anarchy on FX at 10:00pm ET.
Genevieve Burgess is very glad that there’s a high profile event for Veterans in D.C and hopes it translates into them getting the support and assistance they need from Congress.
