"You Have Been Selected to Argue in One of Our Most Prestigious Courts Because You Are so Young and Attractive, Obviously."
NCAA Basketball Special - LIU Brooklyn vs. Radford on TruTV at 6:40pm ET. I’m going to attempt to find the worst game of the night to list each night so this, featuring two 16 seeds, seems like the natural choice for tonight. This will get harder as the tournament goes on, but I feel certain that my dedication to learning only as much about sports as I need to make jokes about it will serve me well here. That and a lifetime hatred of Georgetown thanks to growing up next to the University of Maryland campus.
This Is Us on NBC at 9:00pm ET. Second season finale.
Black-ish on ABC at 9:30p ET. New episode at a special time.
For the People on ABC at 10:00p ET. Series premiere. Executive producer Shonda Rhimes brings you a legal drama about the Southern District of New York Federal Court, following both the defense and prosecution on high-profile, high-stakes cases. And then they totally bone down. Ok, the Wikipedia entry doesn’t say EXACTLY that but it does say “as their personal lives intersect” and my experience with Shonda shows tells me their personal lives will “intersect” somewhere in the genital area. Anyway, a drinking game for this is drinking when one of the lawyers is CLEARLY too young to have gotten all their degrees and promotions without graduating college at around 10 years old. One of the leads is 23, so this is kind of a gimme.
Rise on NBC at 10:01pm ET. Series premiere. Good news! This stars Auli’i Cravalho, who voiced Moana in Moana! Bad news, it also stars Josh Radford who was Ted in How I Met Your Mother. Good luck with that choice.
