Draco Malfoy: The Later Years
Stanley Cup Final - Game #3 on NBCSN at 8:00pm ET.
Years of Living Dangerously on Showtime at 8:00pm ET. First season finale.
Brazil with Michael Palin on PBS at 9:00pm ET. Series premiere. This is a series that first ran on the BBC back in 2012, but I guess PBS has decided that it’d be better to wait until right before the World Cup was to start so interest in Brazil would be high. Not sure how a documentary that was likely filmed over two years ago is going to shed any light on what’s going on in Brazil now, but I guess the effort is nice.
Louie on FX at 10:00pm ET.
Murder in the First on TNT at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. New series involving detectives investigating two murders that turn out to be connected. Starring Taye Diggs and Tom Felton. Because what we need more of on TV are crime dramas, although I’ll give this one points for focusing on a season-long mystery as opposed to the more typical “case of the week” structure. There’s only 10 episodes, so hopefully that’s few enough to keep things interesting for the whole season.
Genevieve Burgess thinks that what’s happening in Brazil right now might be a bit more depressing than what was going on two years ago.
