Diets and Body Image and Vigilante Justice, Oh My!
Stanley Cup Finals - Game 4 - Vegas at Washington on NBC at 8:00pm ET.
So You Think You Can Dance on Fox at 8:00pm ET. 15th season premiere.
Dietland on AMC at 9:00pm ET. Two-hour series premiere. This is a show with the goal of taking on the beauty industry AND sexual harassment of women in the form of an overweight advice columnist and a vigilante justice group, but the lead character is named Plum Kettle, she works for a woman named Kitty Montgomery, at a magazine called “Daisy Chain”, and the vigilante group is apparently called Calliope House. I have a real thing about overly precious character names (hey there, Aaron Sorkin) so I’m probably not gonna be able to hang with this, but I am curious about it. Let me know what you think and maybe if it’s good I can fight through it. Also, I was looking for a header image featuring the show and weirdly, most results on Google Images are of Julianna Marguiles rather than Joy Nash, even though Nash plays the main character. I wonder why. (I don’t though.)
Whose Line is it Anyway? on The CW at 9:00pm ET. 14th season premiere. Mentioning mostly to save a Colin Mocherie:
I have a favour to ask. Of all the questions I'm ever asked about Whose Line, the one that ticks me off is "Why don't you guys do it again". Tomorrow is the premiere of our 6th season on the CW. Please tell everyone so I can get my blood pressure down. https://t.co/4l9bxpdrXa— Colin Mochrie (@colinmochrie) June 3, 2018
