Clear Computer Screens: Look Great, Probably Work Horribly
Arrow on The CW at 8:00pm ET. 100th episode. Hey! 100 episodes and Oliver McQueen still hasn’t figured out that it’d be cheaper to just go to therapy! Well, I guess Batman is allegedly a genius and also hasn’t put that one together so I’ll give him a pass.
Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors on NBC at 9:00pm ET. Original telefilm. Dolly Parton is from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, which is currently in the middle of horrific wildfires. So the timing of this could be fortuitous if they can use it to draw attention to the problem and raise money for it. If not, well, fuck you NBC.
Viking on History at 9:00pm ET. Fourth season fall premiere.
Incorporated on SyFy at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. This kinda looks cool but also kinda like a mashup of Gattaca and some USA series whose name I’m forgetting right now. Also it has one of my favorite TV pet peeves of people reading something that is ostensibly see-through. You know what I think when I’m reading things? “Gee, it sure would be easier to focus on the small letters on this screen/board if I could see literally everything behind it which the letters or photos would partially blend into.”
Queen Sugar on OWN at 10:00pm ET. First season finale.
