Chasing Life on ABC Family at 9:00pm ET. Series premiere. A new drama about a young reporter who finds out she has cancer, and her efforts to balance her disease with her career, family, and new relationship. An adaptation of the Spanish-language series Terminales.

NBA Finals: Game #3 on ABC at 9:00pm ET. One and one, and the action moves to Miami.

Royal Pains on USA at 9:00pm ET. Sixth season premiere. Everyone’s favorite medical drama that doesn’t look like a medical drama is back! Who wants to look at a succession of people in shapeless scrubs when you can gaze at wealthy people in beachwear? You still get the same simple plot lines of “Person is sick/injured! Need to fix sick/injured person! Doctors fixing sick/injured person work out their own personal drama with convenient medical metaphor!” without all the harsh institutional hallways or carts crowded with messy-looking supplies.

Brazil with Michael Palin on PBS at 10:00pm ET. First season finale.

Fargo on FX at 10:00pm ET.

Genevieve Burgess would much rather if her minor ailments could be treated on a sunny beach rather than in a florescent-lit office.
