5 Shows After Dark: He Feeds on Geriatric Paranoia
“Michael Wood’s Story of England: The Seeds of Reform” on PBS at 8:00pm ET.
“Trust Us With Your Life” on ABC at 9:00pm ET. For any improv fans, this is a new improv series where actors (including “Whose Line Is It Anyway” veterans Colin Mocherie and Bitch Choker Wayne Brady) base their improvisations around real life anecdotes told by the guests. This week’s guests are the Osbourne family and Serena Williams. Hilarity may or may not ensue.
“White Collar” on USA at 9:00pm ET. Fourth season premiere.
“NY Med” on ABC at 10:00pm ET. This is a sort of documentary style series that takes place at New York Presbyterian’s Weil, Cornell, and Columbia medical centers offering a voyeur like look inside the every day drama of hospitals. Dr.Mehmet Oz is featured in this episode performing heart surgery, which is a nice change for him since he’s usually on TV scaring the shit out of everyone’s grandparents on his talk show.
“Workaholics” on Comedy Central at 10:30pm ET.
Genevieve Burgess hates summer television just as much as it hates her.
