“Criminal Minds” on CBS at 9:00pm ET.

“Don’t Trust the B——- in Apartment 23” on ABC at 9:30pm ET.

“Around the World in 80 Plates” on Bravo at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. New cooking/travel show hosted by Cat Cora.

“CSI: Original Formula” on CBS at 10:00pm ET. 12th season finale. I keep joking about this being the original or the mothership or whatever, but the show’s cast has changed pretty drastically in the last 12 years. About all that’s consistent is absurdly dark work spaces in the lab, a complete ignorance of police procedure, and the setting of Las Vegas. I do have the theory that they keep the labs so dark because it was originally some sort of big deal that this was the night shift and I guess if the lab is properly lit the viewers would get confused and think the presence of bright artificial light meant it was day time. The labs on “CSI: New York” and “CSI: David Caruso” are allowed to have lights! I’m over thinking this and have betrayed a depth of knowledge of shitty crime procedurals which shames me. Apologies.

“White Heat” on BBCA at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. This is a series about the interconnected lives of seven students who first meet in London in 1965 and we bounce back and forth between the past and present, as they meet up once again in the house they all shared.
