5 Shows After Dark: The Boat Sank. Spoiler Alert.
“Titanic at 100: Mystery Solved” on the History Channel at 8:00pm ET. I’m completely in the dark as to what mystery they could be referring to, as every aspect of that damn ship’s disaster has been combed over extensively in the 100 years since it sank to an absurd degree. Not that I’ll ever imply that obsessing over the details of a 100 year old boat crash is a complete waste of anyone’s time or anything. Of course not. Everyone needs their hobbies. Anyway, there’s all manner of Titanic themed shows on tonight so if your heart beat to the tune of a massive ocean liner scraping its way across an iceberg and the imagined screams of honorable men and underprivileged immigrants freezing to death in the north Atlantic then you’re in luck!
“Game of Thrones” on HBO at 9:00pm ET. Tonight’s episode is titled “What is Dead May Never Die” so I guess we’re spending more time with the Greyjoy family. Or all of you who have HBO are. I’m following recaps to figure out how the events of the series are roughly correlating with what I know from the books in a pathetic attempt at appearing cool. Before you post any links, I have a completely personal moral objection to pirating shows because I hate fun. Thanks for the thought, though.
“Eastbound and Down” on HBO at 10:00pm ET. Third season finale.
“Mad Men” on AMC at 10:00pm ET.
“NYC 22” on CBS at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. I swear this same series premiered like last year only then it was called “Rookie Blue.” So yeah, rookie cops, shenanigans, heart warming life lessons, you know the drill.
Genevieve Burgess had to get her entire damned hard drive replaced this week and lost all her previous sign offs. Suggestions for new ones are welcome.
