5 Shows After Dark: Even He Looks Pretty Disappointed With All This

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland on ABC at 8:00pm ET. I’ve watched some of this while waiting for Grey’s Anatomy to come on, and while people who watch Grey’s Anatomy clearly shouldn’t be throwing stones (Shut up, I’m getting a “Remember Dr.Yang” tattoo after this season is over) I can’t understand why people watch this show. Wait. I understand why the target demographic for Disney movies would watch this. I’m lost on while adults would. I guess it’s entertaining if you can get past the special effects that look like they walked of a PC game from 1998 and that the Red Queen has injected enough collagen in her lips that it’s almost impossible for her to talk. I can’t. Not even for Naveen Andrews scowling his way across a variety of green screens as Jafar.

Reign on The CW at 9:00pm ET.

Parenthood on NBC at 10:00pm ET.

Scandal on ABC at 10:00pm ET. This show is fast approaching the point where I keep watching just to see how they manage to keep it going. I’ve never watched a show that’s burned through so many potential plot points so quickly. It certainly keeps it interesting, but it is a little mind boggling to think about all the things that have happened to that particular president in the short span of time the show covers.

Elementary on CBS at 10:01pm ET.

Genevieve Burgess might not be thrilled with our government but is really happy we don’t have President Grant at the helm.
