'Late Night's' Jenny Hagel to Trump: 'Don't Step to a Puerto Rican Woman. You Can't Handle It'

You might remember last week when International Treasure Amber Ruffin warned President* Trump that he can’t win a Twitter war with Black people. Late Night is nothing if not heavily invested in equal representation, and, as such, has given Jenny Hagel an opportunity to give our Incompetent-in-Chief another lesson: Do not come at Puerto Rican women.

I wish it weren’t consistently reassuring to hear someone on TV tell us exactly what we already know to be true, but it always is. Every time Seth says Trump is a wildly incompetent, racist fraud whose actions are actively hurting the country, it reminds me that there is, and always will be, some indisputable facts. Not because Trump is a Republican, and therefore I have to hate everything he does, but because millions of people are dying right now, and Trump can’t do shit besides regurgitate the fact that an island is surrounded by water. You dumb fuck.

Also unfortunately always reassuring, if painfully so, are Seth’s reactions to national tragedy. It’s my favorite thing I wish he never had to do again.
