We’ve already talked about the BIG ending to last night’s Game of Thrones episode. It was one huge moment in a whole penultimate episode of HUGE MOMENTS, in the shittiest Father’s Day tribute of maybe ever.

But there’s another moment we have to talk about. That moment when you undoubtedly found yourself yelling at your TV (or whatever the kids use these days), yelling the exact same words being yelled in every other HBO-watching home the world over:

"Ok, so you're gonna wanna zig and zag here…ZIG AND ZAG! WHY AREN'T YOU ZIGGING AND ZAGGING?" - Every living room on earth#GameofThrones

BECAUSE OH MY GOD, RICKON, WHY WOULD YOU RUN IN A STRAIGHT FUCKING LINE? LIKE, START AND STOP AT LEAST. DO SOMETHING. DO SOMETHING MORE THAN THE NOTHING YOU’RE DOING NOW. FOR THE GODS’ SAKE, PLEEAAAASSSE.

And still, the kid was like,

Ugh, Rickon, you are the worst. And Twitter is here to let you know it. Oh, don’t worry, it’s no trouble. It’s really easy for us, here, watching your fictional character from the safety of our own home, with only a minuscule fraction of the adrenaline and panic you have in this moment. SEE, RICKON? WHY DON’T YOU LISTEN TO US?

I mean, as I found from my own curiosity, it appears that a simple Google search tells us that running in a straight line is barely, if at all, more effecting in dodging an attack (although I don’t know if that applies to long-distance arrows, and it DEFINITELY doesn’t apply to crocodiles, in case you were wondering, Rickon), that’s not the point. The point is, THIS SHOW IS BREAKING OUR HEARTS. And we just want to help.

Farewell, Rickon. If only Twitter had been there to make your choices for you.
