Wyld Stallyns is getting the band back together, and they want you to be a part of it. 29 years since their bogus journey, William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. (Alex Winter) and Theodore “Ted” Logan (Keanu Reeves) are reuniting for a new adventure in Bill and Ted: Face The Music. You could be in the movie, and you don’t even need to leave your home.
All you have to do is rock out to a new Wyld Stallyns demo track, film it, and then send it to the filmmakers. You can play instruments along with them. You can play air guitar. You can include your family, roommates or pets. Just party on and be excellent. Go to partyonwithbillandted.com to check ou the demo track, guidelines, and tips on how to get the best footage possible. Entries must be submitted by May 20th.
While details on how the fan vids will be worked in are scant, it sounds like director Dean Parisot is taking a cue from 2015’s Jem and the Holograms, which included self-shot footage of fans going wild for the totally outrageous, titular band. So if you want to show what Bill and Ted mean to you, here’s your chance!
