In a 20-minute video released on Friday, TikTok star Justine Paradise accused YouTube Star Jake Paul of forcing her to perform oral sex on him in his California home back in 2019. Paradise said that she had signed an NDA at the time, which is why she had not previously revealed the incident, stating that she “wasn’t allowed to talk” and feared that she’d be sued.

Paradise, who is 24 (the same age as Paul) and has 525,000 TikTok followers, said that she was invited by a mutual friend to the house Paul shared with other friends. Soon thereafter, the two began exchanging texts and hanging out, and Paradise began spending some time at Paul’s house.

“One of those days, I was in the studio — some people were recording down there — and Jake pulled me into this little corner area in the studio and started kissing me,” Paradise said. “I was fine with that. I did think he was cute.” However, after Paul pulled her onto a bed and began touching her in places she didn’t want to be touched and she rebuffed him, Paul said to her, “If nothing’s going to happen, what’s the point?”

Though she told Paul “no,” Paul continued, and while on top of her, he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him. “He didn’t ask for consent or anything. That’s not OK. On no level at all is that OK.” She said that after the assault, Paul was cold and didn’t speak to her again.

“I never got an apology or anything like that,” Paradise said in the video. “I would have liked to have an apology because that was messed up, and I didn’t want that.”

“I know he knows that I didn’t want to do anything sexual with him,” she said. “I’ve thought about this literally every single day since it happened. But the more and more I think about it, the more I realize, no one can be doing that and think that it’s something right to do.”

Jake Paul has not commented on the allegations.
