What Insanely Crass Dirty Joke Put People Off Daniel Craig for Years?

Last night, in another post about Daniel Craig, a commenter mentioned an “appalling” joke the actor told a few years back, and of course, I had to go look it up. (WHYGODWHY DID I LOOK IT UP?)

This may be too early for some of you.

If you’ve not had your morning cuppa — several — you may want to come back later.

If you recently ate, you may want to come back later.

If you have a stomach, you may want to come back later.

If you can’t scream an expletive out loud, you may want to come back later.

Some of you may not want to come back at all.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Um…run? There really is no appropriate warning.

Here we go. In a 2012 Rolling Stone interview, Daniel Craig opened with what they called “the filthiest joke ever”:

“What’s the most disgusting thing you can think of?

Shoving five oysters up your grandmother’s cunt and sucking out six!”

Craig assured the reporter he’d told his wife, Rachel Weisz the joke, and she liked it. I feel so much better, don’t you?
