According to the Los Angeles Times, documents show that Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, will plead Wealthy and White in the college admissions scandal.

Loughlin and Mossimo are accused of paying someone $500,000 to pass off her daughters as promising coxswains, thereby making them shoo-ins for admission to USC. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Loughlin and Giannulli would be sentenced to prison for two and five months, respectively. Loughlin agreed to pay a fine of $150,000 and serve 100 hours of community service, while Mossimo would pay a $250,000 penalty and do 250 hours of community service.

“These defendants will serve prison terms reflecting their respective roles in a conspiracy to corrupt the college admissions process and which are consistent with prior sentences in this case,” U.S. Atty. Andrew E. Lelling, whose deputies charged the case, said in a statement. “We will continue to pursue accountability for undermining the integrity of college admissions.”

So, basically, they have been sentenced to two to five months, respectively, which they may never have to actually serve because of the pandemic, and the fine they have to pay, combined, is less than they paid a “consultant” to lie about their daughters’ rowing experiences. In other words, they might serve a few hours, they have to pay what amounts to pocket change for them, and they’ll likely do some community service work that they can pass off as charitable work on their Christmas Instagram photos, by which time no one will even remember the college admissions scandal.
