Yes. In a film world where flesh can stretch like silly putty, turn invisible, to flame or rock, interracial families was a bridge too far in suspension of disbelief.

Well, this very matter came up on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Jordan shut it down with a simple explanation, adding, “I don’t like drawing attention to the ignorance sometimes.”
