Gal Gadot Was A Real Hero At Comic-Con
Comic-Con International In San Diego drew to a close yesterday, sending waves of fans home on highs of geekgasm and loaded down with an insane amount of collectibles and swag. A lot of cool things went down at the Con, from premieres of new trailers, to exciting announcements of new seasons, new characters, and more. But one moment has stood out among the rest.

Gal Gadot and the cast of Justice League turned out for a fan signing. And this little girl was so overwhelmed by seeing her Wonder Woman IRL that she cried. Gadot, a mother and seemingly superb role model, comforted her. You can watch her in action in the video below:

This little girl is all of us (though she pulls off a cape better).
Gadot counsels with a smile that there’s no reason to cry because, “Here we are together.” Ezra Miller, who plays The Flash in the upcoming film, commended the girl, saying, “You’re a warrior. Your ability to cry is what makes you such a warrior. Come join the Justice League whenever you get ready.”
This little girl named Ashley is a bit famous in her own right, being the inspiration for the children’s book The Adventures of Danica The Dreamer. Her mother (and the book’s author) Christine Keller posted on Facebook the video (which Variety shot) and a note of thanks for Gadot, writing:
“Danica Dreamer meets Wonder Woman! These characters matter and can have a huge influence on young people. What a great role model and genuine, nice person. My daughter will always remember this moment for the rest of her life. Thank you, Gal Gadot! ❤ #galgadot #justiceleague #dreamscancometrue #wonderwoman #positiverolemodels
Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear tiaras.
