Dunzo: Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga Celebrate 'A Star is Born' Separately

Well, I guess you can truly put a fork in the publicity machine for A Star is Born because the stars of the movie celebrated the one-year anniversary of it separately. (Side note: are we celebrating 1-year anniversaries of movies coming out? Is that a thing we’re doing, now? I mean, every year I mark the release of Con Air but that’s different. Groundbreaking movies like that deserve annual, nay, monthly even, recognition.)

Anyway, Lady Gaga took to Instagram to mark the one-year anniversary of a movie I walked out at the end of, because I hated it so much. To each their own!

A year ago, A Star was Born, and here we are 6 times pink platinum

My favorite part about that isn’t Gaga’s pink hair (which she is rocking, btw) but how she’s casually posing with her platinum album in front of all her other awards. Hell yeah, Gaga! Display your accomplishments proudly, lady! You earned it. I know every important picture I take in my home is always in front of the “Whiskey Tasting” certificate I got from the Jameson factory in Ireland, which I was able to do because I read the Yelp reviews for the tour and I knew that the first four people who raised their hands at the end of it would get to “taste” (in my case, daintily chug) four types of Jameson to try to tell the difference and get a snazzy certificate as a result. It’s my most prized possession.

Anyway, you may be wondering how Cooper chose to celebrate the anniversary of A Star is Born, and no, it wasn’t crying in the dark looking at the place on his mantle where his Best Actor and Best Director Oscars were supposed to go while silently cursing Rami Malek and Alfonso Cuarón.

No, friends, he opted to support another lost cause by going to a Philadelphia Eagles game. Hey-oh!

He must be the team’s good luck charm because they won. Huzzah! Now, I’m no sports person (obviously, when we have real masters on the payroll here), but a quick Google search tells me that when you win 31-6, that’s a steep margin.

Anyway, I think we can finally put the rumors of Gaga and Cooper to bed because this whole thing seems truly baked until they figure out how to make A Star is Born into a sequel, most likely titled A Star is (Re)born, which will involve zombies and torch songs, two things Hollywood loves. My crystals tell me that will be a few years though, so we’ll have to wait.

Now, on the other hand, there are related conspiracy theories that I urge you full-steam ahead on, like Bradley Cooper and the case of the undercover mole people. Keep digging there (literally), you may just find something…or some mole person.
