Hollywood is very confused by the outrage over #OscarsSoWhite and the demand for greater representation. So, Selma director/Barbie inspiration/advocate Ava DuVernay took to Twitter for a short and sweet lesson on inclusion, speaking to crewing up her new show Queen Sugar.
