After Allegedly Getting Into a Fist Fight, Kellyanne Conway Blames Media for Her Secret Service Protection

According to Fox News Senior Correspondent Charles Gasparino, a fight broke out at the Liberty Ball during last weekend’s Inauguration, only hours after Donald Trump was sworn in, and in the fracas, apparently Kellyanne Conway threw some punches herself. Here’s Gasparino, who “swears” all of this is true, via Facebook:

“Inside the ball we see a fight between two guys in tuxes and then suddenly out of nowhere came trump adviser Kellyanne Conway who began throwing some mean punches at one of the guys. Whole thing lasted a few mins no one was hurt except maybe the dude she smacked. Now I know why trump hired her. Btw I exaggerate none of this-cg”

Meanwhile, in a supposedly unrelated story, Conway has started to get her own Secret Service detail, according to an interview with Page 6. “We have packages delivered to my house with white substances. That is a shame. Because of what the press is doing now to me, I have Secret Service protection.”

How, again, is this the media’s fault? What did the press do to her aside from give her the airwaves to spread lies and disinformation? If she’s receiving death threats or white substances at her house, that’s not OK. That sort of behavior is inexcusable. What it’s not, however, is the media’s fault.
