Who's the Better Pitchman?

Here we have Bryan Cranston, who plays a high-school chemistry teacher and the meth manufacturing mastermind in AMC’s “Breaking Bad.” Is that the sort of person with whom you can trust your hemorrhoids flare-ups?

Ken Jeong, meanwhile, is an actual doctor, but plays a doofus on TV. Would you trust the guy who jumped out of a trunk naked in The Hangover with your upset stomach and diarrhea?

Finally, we have Bradley Cooper, who played, er, a chef in “Kitchen Confidential.” Here he is pitching for NZT, a new pharmaceutical that will allow you to unlock your true potential. With it, you’ll be able to learn a new language, conquer Wall Street, even remember everything you’ve ever seen or heard.” The side effects, however, are brutal.

Edge: Ken Jeong.

Wait, I call bullshit.

How can you remember everything you've ever seen or heard if you experience homicidal blackouts??? It doesn't make sense!

Looks like NZT has some explaining to do.

I can't see these at work, but ewwww on general principle.

That said, Ken Jeong's Adidas commercials are fucking comic genius. I could watch them all day.

The correct answer is Cranston's hair.

Did Jeong steal his wardrobe from the set of Party Down?

COME BACK PARTY DOWN! I'll be better this time, I swear! I'll cook for you and do the dishes, I'll never say "I'm too tired" for boning, I'll always shave, I'll be nicer, I'll stop singing in the shower and eating in bed JUST COME BACK TO ME, BABY. Who? YES I'LL STOP COMPARING YOU TO MY EX GIRLFRIEND VERONICA MARS! JUST COME BACK!

Speaking of Walt, for those of you fools who have yet to see "Breaking Bad", AMC starts rerunning from the beginning, tonight.

The NZT thing smells like a parody. The side affects are pretty close to those on that weed episode of The Boondocks.

@Cindy: Really? Which nights will they play?

Did no one listen to the whole NZT commercial? If you stop taking it you will DIE IMMEDIATELY. So, of course it's real. I'm taking it myself actually. I do experience the paralysis side effect but thankfully my brain works well enough that I designed my own Steven Hawking chair out of macaroni and q-tips. They say there's some psychosis but my badger orchestra promises me that that's a lie. Kumquat.

El Tigre all the way.

So...the NZT commercial is a stealth movie trailer. For some sci-fi movie starring Bradley Cooper, in which he end up taking down the evil pharmaceutical corporation from the inside. I mean, right?

Am I the only one who realized this? Or maybe it was so obvious that no one bothered to comment on it. Ah.

Yeah Marya,
I think it's for the movie Limitless with De Niro... which will be interesting to see if he can pull off blackouts, extreme sexual appetite and brain damage while conquering wall street.
