I’m not sure why this sketch was cut from last night’s Anna Kendrick hosted Saturday Night Live. It may not have been as good as one or two of the episode’s sketches, but it was easily the funniest of the night. The premise centers on the kid cast of a Nickelodeon show, Zap, whose daily 16-hour production schedule required that they take insane amounts of street-purchased speed.

    OK, who makes the decision on the sketches that make the final show? Is it all Michaels? Does the writing staff have input? Because this is the second or third time this season that a cut sketch ended up being better than half or all of the sketches that made the final show.
