TIL: Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman Discovered Bill Hader, Who Thinks Justin Bieber is a Douche

Well, Hader doesn't actually come out and explicitly say that Beiber is a douche, but in talking about what a "class act" Justin Timberlake was as a host (he came by himself), he contrasts him to Bieber, who brought a huge entourage to the "SNL" taping, which included one guy who would "hold his coke," and another guy who would "hold a slice of pizza" for Bieber, something Hader found irritating given the cramped quarters (via Uproxx).

In this clip (which is the entire interview), at the 6 minute mark, Hader also talks about how he was discovered. At the time, he was a assistant editor on "Iron Chef America," and he was doing improv on the side with Nick Offerman's brother, Matt. Megan Mullaly -- Nick Offerman's wife -- and Nick went to go see Nick's brother perform, which is when they discovered Hader. Mullaly called NBC, and they connected Hader to Lorne Michaels, which led to him being cast on the show.

Here's some Daveed Diggs for you. On Daveed Diggs' digs, actually. That man does things with clothes that should not make sense, but are absolutely perfect. (Go Fug Yourself)

Woody Allen has "so moved on" from his daughter's accusations and says he never even thinks about it. He equates her words about him to a bad review he won't read and comments on how wacky it is that Mia Farrow is his mother-in-law. He is the worst. (Celebitchy)

Not The Worst but still very gross: Leonardo DiCaprio and his Pussy Posse Wolf Pack were on the douche prowl in NYC. (Lainey)

Here are 5 under-the-radar shows. I had never even heard of the first two. (Uproxx)
