More people on TV should drink, WHILE they're on TV (or taping or whatever). The morning shows, in particular, would be improved ENORMOUSLY if everyone was 3 sheets to the wind.

3,690th Reason: I saw him perform stand-up live at UCB NY. He was incredibly hilarious and made fun of the audience the entire night for being hipster, white, and most importantly, poor.
