I want to avoid political coverage, but this doesn't count, right? My Station Agents' podcast partners, Josh and Joanna, apprised me of who Key & Peele are a couple of weeks ago (somehow, I'd gone all this time thinking they were Nickelodeon characters because I'm old) and I ended up blowing half a Friday night watching YouTube clips, mostly of the wonderful Obama Anger translator sketches. They are brilliant, and I urge you to watch them all. But for now: Stick with last night's, where Luther -- Obama's anger translator -- says what Obama can't say for himself.

I saw Keegan Michael Key at Second City in Chicago when I was a kid. Nice to see he's doing well.

  • Littlejon2001

Finally Key & Peele getting some love. THIS SHOW IS FREAKIN INCREDIBLE. SNL has nothing on Key & Peele.

    Every Wednesday, Dustin.

Proof Positive that something good other Debra Wilson, Nicole Sullivan, and Phil Lamarr came out of MadTV.

  • TheAggroCraig

I don't watch Key & Peele but a couple days ago someone showed me their sketch "Liam Neesons" and I'm ready to be a fan.

  • If you liked the Hammer dance, here's a compilation of Obama singing the whole song. Enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

Jordan Peele and Rebecca Drysdale (one of the writers on the show) have been writing/improv partners for a long, long time...since they studied at 2nd City and IO together. We used to hang out, they are super funny folks all around. I highly endorse this show and their brand of The Funny.

  • Fab to the oo.

I love this. I felt like Hammer dancing last night. But I settled for looking smug and teary eyed in my recliner instead.

God, it's gonna be so hard to contain my erumpent glee at my job today. The anger translator will help me get thru the day.

  • pnnylne

I'm not big on Key and Peele but the Anger Translator warms my frosted little heart.

  • KZoeT

Oh, I love them! Last week's racist zombie sketch is among my favorites so far.

I was just about to post that clip! http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4....

  • JANE

    That. was. AWESOME.

  • I wanted to do a bit of happy dancing this morning. But as I just moved into new office (in London btw), didn't wanna get them talking about the crazy american girl already. ;)

  • NynjaSquirrel

Why not, the rest of the world just twirled our pantaloons around our heads and jumped up and down like a ADHD leprechaun on a sugar high.

  • KatSings

Well, apparently I'm watching all of their stuff when I get home tonight. That was hilarious.

The East/West Bowl might be the greatest thing they've ever done.

Guh! It's University of Saskatchewan not Saskatchewan University.

  • Mrcreosote

Yeah right, like there are Universities in Canada. I know it's a hockey rink with an arcade and a deep fryer for poutine.

  • TherecanbeonlyoneAdmin

    We still learn stuff!
